The basis for personal success lies in three aspects: self, objective and others. Put differently, who am I (self), what do I want (objective) and how can I achieve what I want in interaction with my environment (others). In the “Personal Leadership” training course, ‘self’ is central, or answering the question: what role does and can the individual play in achieving his own objectives and securing his own success?

Situational leadership is a leadership style that has been developed and studied by Kenneth Blanchard and Paul Hersey. Situational leadership refers to when the leader or manager of an organization must adjust his style to fit the development level of the followers he is trying to influence. With situational leadership, it is up to the leader to change his style, not the follower to adapt to the leader’s style. In situational leadership, the style may change continually to meet the needs of others in the organization based on the situation.

PSICHI  provides besides group coaching also guidance on an
individual level. PSICHI follows the system of Intensive Short Duration Coaching (ISDC).
The purpose of ISDC is to support the coachee extensively in his or her development, in
order to enable the coachee to replace his or her ineffective thought and behaviour patterns
for effective thinking and behaviour patterns matching the coachee.

WHAT IS ISDC?

ISDC is a provocative form of personal counselling / coaching based on an integrated
approach that consists of the following elements:

  • Homework
  • 24/7 telephone accessibility of the coach
  • Email reports
